胃癌孤立性淋巴结位置分布及其转移相关因素分析
摘要
胃周孤立性转移的淋巴结有类似前哨淋巴结的作用，研究其转移途径对指导淋巴结清扫有重要的价值。现对青岛大学医学院附属医院胃肠外科近3年行胃癌根治术的患者的临床病理资料进行回顾性分析，以探讨胃癌孤立性淋巴结的位置分布规律，并分析其淋巴结转移的危险因素。
