摘要 动物实验和临床患者的研究均表明.急性脑缺血能诱导缺血区血管保护性增生.新生血管能够增加缺血半暗区氧气和营养物质的供应.因此急性脑缺血的治疗性血管增生是很有前景的治疗方法。大量研究也证明.应用外源性血管生成因子同样能促使缺血半暗区微血管生成.从而促进缺血后神经功能康复。缺血后血管生成是一个多因子参与调节的复杂过程.其中血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor.VEGF)和血管生成素-1(angiopoietin-1,Ang-1)在其中起关键作用.功能性成熟血管的形成有赖于这两类因子的协同作用.本文对近年来VEGF和Ang-1在急性脑缺血中的应用研究予以综述.
