Roles of biochemical markers in early diagnosis and judgment of stroke

摘要 神经生化检测在脑卒中的作用已越来越受到重视．人们期望寻找到类似对心肌梗死患者检测心肌肌钙蛋白（cardiac troponin Ⅰ．cTnⅠ）一样的生化指标来帮助早期诊断脑卒中．并希望通过检测生化指标来判断脑卒中的病理生理过程．对疗效、疾病的转归和预后进行评估．以及用来评价脑卒中复发．通过生化指标更加全面地了解和帮助处理脑卒中。因此，本文就生化标志物对脑卒中的早期诊断及其临床应用进行综述．
