摘要 对经热等静压(HIP)处理前后的S模式CVDZnS进行了光学和力学测试和分析。研究表明,热等静压过程使得CVDZnS的光学性能,特别是可见光及近红外波段的透过率有了很大提高,同时减少了材料内部缺陷,但材料力学性能有所降低。 In this paper, Optical properties and mechanical properties of S method CVDZnS before and after Heat Isostatic Press(HIP) were invertigated. The results show the transmittance of CVDZnS can be improved dramatically after HIP processing , and the defects formed during the growth of CVDZnS are minimized, but mechanical properties are reduced compared to those before HIP processing.
