自然杀伤细胞活性与复发性口腔溃疡关系的探讨

Preliminary Study on Relationship between NK Cell Activity and Recurrent Oral Ulcer

应用LDH释放法对20例复发性口腔溃疡患者（ROU组）及20例健康志愿者（对照组）进行了NK细胞活性的测定。结果显示两组之间NK细胞活性有显著差异（P＜0．01）。19例（95％）ROU患者的NK细胞活性下降，1例（5％）ROU患者NK细胞活性正常。提示NK细胞活性下降与复发性口腔溃疡的发病有一定的关系。

In this study, LDH enzyme-release assay for NK cytotoxicity activity was used.Twenty patients with ROU were included, consisting of 8 females and 12 males. A comparative study was carried out at the same time. Laboratory finding revealed that NK cytotoxicity activity decreased in 19 cases (95%), and normal only in 1 case (5%). This finding suggest that there is a relationship between the decrease of NK cytotoxicity activity and ROU.
