ERP Design and Implementation based on machinery manufacturing enterprises

摘要 制造企业的产品种类、批号繁多,生产工序复杂,生产所需配件和材料量大而且品种繁多。整个企业管理模式复杂,管理涉及的数据量大,传统的管理方式已远远不能适应其需要。在对机械制造企业深入调查的基础上,本文提出了一种基于B/S架构的ERP设计模型,并对该模型用.NET平台下的C#语言进行了实现,并在部分制造企业进行了实验。实验结果表明:本文设计的机械制造企业ERP模型能大大地提高企业的生产管理效率。 The products of manufacturing enterprises have many variety and batches, complex production processes, and large and wide variety of materials and accessories for production. The entire enterprise management mode is complex, management data is very large, the traditional management mode is far from meeting their needs. On the basis of in-depth investigation to machinery manufacturing enterprises this paper presents an ERP design model based on B/S structure and implements the model by using C# language under the .NET platform, furthermore does experiment with it in some manufacturing enterprises. The experimental result shows that the manufacturing enterprises ERP model designed in this paper can greatly enhance the production management efficiency of enterprises.
