摘要 文章提出和实现了一种新颖的基于PowerPC的网络多媒体流QoS监测工具:MDUMP。该系统通过实现内核态流媒体数据分析,提高了QoS信息获取的实时性。采用SoC设计方法,网络多媒体QoS监控丢你个海,器与流媒体服务分离,解决了传统网络多媒体QoS监控工具的依赖性问题。另外,该系统又充分利用了PowerPC 440EP和Linux在嵌入式和网络处理方面的优势,降低了网络延迟。本文中,介绍了采用SoC设计方法,实现一个独立的嵌入式多媒体流QoS监控器。 A new embedded multimedia QoS monitor based PowerPC, mdump, is interpreted in the paper. MDUMP move the multimedia QoS monitor into system kernel, which can meet real-time request. And MDUMP adopts SoC method, separating the QoS monitor from multimedia server. MDUMP makes use of the characters of PowerPC 440EP and Linux, which are advantage in the embedded area and network area, which is low network latency. In the paper, we will show how to implement embedded multimedia QoS monitor.
