摘要
本文对一种基于容错控制的卷绕机故障补偿方法进行了研究。该方法首先基于模糊逻辑对故障进行检测和隔离,然后启动容错机制模块,对控制规则进行重构,并对故障进行补偿。该方法被应用于卷绕机的张力控制系统中并对执行器故障进行诊断和补偿。经仿真试验证明了该方法具有较高的有效性。
A fauh-tolerant control method for the fauh compensation of a winding machine is investigated.Firstly,the method is designed to detect and isolate the fauh.Then,a reconfiguration mechanism module is switched on to be used in control reconfiguration and fault compensation.This approach was applied to the tension control of winding machine for the diagnosis and compensation and was demonstrated to be effective by the Simulation experimentation.
