摘要
本文研究了具有新型拓扑结构的18开关电路的双级矩阵变换器,分别推导了其整流器和逆变器的空间矢量调制策略,并在此基础上提出了提高电压传输比的空间矢量调制策略,该策略先通过对双级矩阵变换器整流器的控制得到尽可能大的直流整流电压,然后对双级矩阵变换器逆变器进行过调制,从而有效地实现了电压传输比的提高。文章分析了不同调制方式下的电压传输比,并基于TMS320LF2407ADSP建立了实验装置,实验结果成功地实现了输出电压的增大,验证了双级矩阵变换器过调制策略的正确性。
This paper analyzed two-stage matrix converter with 18 switches, referenced space vector modulation strategy of the rectifier and the inverter, then introduced an over modulation strategy. First, the strategy gets the maximum DC voltage through the control of the rectifier, second, the converter is over modulated, which effectively improve the voltage transfer ratio. This paper analyzes the voltage transfer ratio under different modulation methods, and corresponding experimental device is built with the controller TMS320LF2407A DSP. The experiment successfully realized the improvement of the output voltage, which verify the validity of the over modulation strategy on two-stage matrix converter.
