摘要 在图像测量系统中,边缘检测的定位精度是最终测量精度的关键,国内外很多学者对该问题进行了广泛的研究,提出了各种边缘检测的方法,但是各种方法的定位精度的优劣都自圆其说,难以验证。也有很多学者对各种算法进行了对比研究,但使用的评价图像与实际系统采集的图像相差甚远。为了进一步提高图像测量系统的测量精度,本文针对误差的来源,主要有:硬件因素、环境因素、软件因素等进行了研究分析,并就这些误差对图像测量系统测量精度的影响和消除或减小误差的有效方法做以介绍及分析,从而提高测量精度。 Orientation precise of edge detection is the key of final measurement precise in image measuring system. Some foreign researchers have focused on it and produced different edge detection measurement. But above all of the methods can't be testified. However, others have compared different arithmetic using estimated images which lie in much different than those collected by real system. The paper mainly researched original of errors in order to improve measurement precise of image measuring system such as hardware, software and environment factors. Based on the errors we found affection by measurement precise of image measuring system and an effective method of eliminating errors in order to improve measurement precise.
