基于自适应边缘信息的纸张磨损度检测

摘要 针对传统纸张磨损度检测方法易受成像光照变化影响而引起误判的问题,本文提出一种基于自适应边缘信息度量的磨损度自动检测方法。该方法以纸张图像边缘信息能量差异为基础,采用加权功率谱来度量这种能量差异,同时利用成像模型的线性性来修正光照变化的影响,最后给出基于该方法的自适应磨损度检测具体实现方案。实验表明该方法能有效克服光照变化对检测产生的影响,检测结果准确率高且接近于人眼视觉(HV)判断,是一种稳定、有效的方法。 To solve the problem that the traditional attrition degree detection method for sheet is readily affected by illumination change, an illumination change adaptive method based on image edge information evaluation was presented. The method takes weighted power spectrum energy diversity during different attrition degree sheets as measure standard, revise illumination change influence with imagery model linearity, and finally provide the specific detection method. Experiments show that the improved method could compensate for the effect of image-to-image illunfination change, thus obtain high detection accuracy and demonstrate good correla- tion with human vision(HV). And the method is stable and effective.
