摘要
本文介绍我院自1987年10月起,采用张力带加克氏针内固定治疗髌骨骨折15例.其中5例为粉碎骨折.鹰嗋骨折9例.术后均无外固定.配合早期功能锻练.获得优良结果.肯定了张力带的作用.强调早期功能锻练的重要性以及由于加用克氏针内固定.使部份粉碎髌骨骨折避免了部分切除.
This paper presents the clinical observation of fractures of patella and olecranon treated by tension band wiring for internal fixation.The benifit of tension band wiring is obvious in all the 24 cases.The importance of early functional exercise is emphasized and Kirschner's wires may be used in some cases to facilitate the fixation of commiunuted fractures,thus the partial removal of patella can be avoided.
