半自动定氮仪测定肥料中总氮含量的研究

Determination of total nitrogen content containing fertilizers with semiautomatic determination of nitrogen analyzer

通过对肥料中氮形态的定性鉴定,选择适合的前处理方式,将其它形态的氮转化为铵态氮,用半自动定氮仪蒸馏测定总氮含量。通过与国家标准方法比对,表明该方法具有准确、快速、节省试剂、适合批量测定等特点,是肥料中氮含量测定的好方法。

This paper introduces the determination method of total nitrogen content containing fertilizers, includes identifying nitro- gen forms in unknown samples, selecting appropriate pre- processing technique, convert other forms of nitrogen into ammonium nitrogen, and distillation with semiautomatic determination of nitrogen analyzer. Compared with corrent national standards, this method has advantages of simple operation, small reagent dosage, high accuracy, and precision. It＇s adapted to the analysis of sample in mass, and deserves application in fertilizer analysis.
