SPC technique is becoming a important tool in quality control in factory. After researching the flow of production in a big manufacturing enterprise, the problems in procedure of production were described, This paper presented the SPC system base on elec- tronic label, analyzed the system structure and the data relationship between electronic label system and SPC, discussed data acquisi- tion module, and regenerated new work flow, The results demonstrate the efficiency of this system.
