Effect of Radioiodine-125 Seed Implantation Combined with Regional Infusion Chemotherapy on Pancreatic Cancer of Intermediate and Advanced Stage

摘要 【目的】本研究旨在探讨125I放射性粒子植入联合区域性动脉灌注化疗治疗中晚期胰腺癌的临床价值。【方法】将23例中晚期胰腺癌患者分为两组,实验组12例采用125I放射性粒子植入联合区域性动脉灌注化疗,对照组11例采用单纯区域性动脉灌注化疗,对比两组患者治疗后疗效、疼痛缓解程度、生存期、不良反应。【结果】实验组(CR+PR)比例75.0%明显高于对照组27.3%;实验组患者的6个月、9个月生存率分别为83.3%、75.0%,与对照组72.7%、45.5%无统计学差异,实验组12个月生存率50.0%(中位生存期13.1个月)明显高于对照组9.1%(中位生存期8.7个月);实验组比对照组能够较大程度改善患者的疼痛症状,两组的不良反应比例除125I放射性粒子植入所致并发症外无统计学差异。【结论】I125放射性粒子植入联合区域性动脉灌注化疗是治疗中晚期胰腺癌有效的综合治疗方法。 [ Objective ] The research aims to discuss the clinical effectiveness of radioiodine-125 seed implantation combined with regional infusion chemotherapy to treat pancreatic cancer of intermediate and advanced stage. [Methods] Twenty-three patients who were suffering from pancreatic cancer of intermediate and advanced stage were divided into two groups. Twelve patients of experimental group were treated by the method of radioiodine-125 seed implantation combined with regional infusion chemotherapy, and the control group were treated by regional infusion chemotherapy. Then the curative effect, relief extent of pain, life span, and the adverse reaction wre compared in the course of the treatment between the two groups. [Results] The proportion of CR and PR in the experimental group was 75.0%, more higher than 27.3% in the control group. The survival rate of 6 months and 9 months were 83.3% and 75.0% in the experimental group, similar with 72.7% and 45.5% in the control group. The survival rate of 12 months was 50.0% in the experimental group,which was more higher than 9.1% in the control group. The median life span of the experimental group was 13.1 months, higher than 8.7 months in the control group. Symptom of pain can be largely alleviated in experimental group patients. The adverse effects except complications caused by radioiodine-125 seed implantation had no difference between the two groups. [Conclusion] Radioiodine-125 seed implantation combined with regional infusion chemotherapy is an effective method in treating pancreatic cancer of intermediate and advanced stage.
