摘要
本文以单片机作为控制核心,将原有的依靠模拟电路实现各项功能的电机控制系统,发展为基于新型单片机异步电机反馈控制系统。首先通过空载和短路实验测定电动机的参数作为等效电路计算电机运行特性的基础,接着对系统的设计进行了详细的阐述,包括可控整流电路、触发电路以及单片机的工作模式等。本系统的设计顺应了目前国外电机朝着数字化发展的趋势,充分利用了单片机的优点,使通用性得到提高。
The MCU is the core of this control system. Original control system, which proceed function is based on analog circuit, develops to reactive control system based on MCU. This paper measured parameter of motor through exciting tests and bypass tests, which used to analyses work mode in equivalent circuit. Then, discuss the design of the hardware in this system, including fuUy-controlled rectifier circuit, burst module and MCU workflow. The design is adjusted to the digitization, making the best use of the advantages of MCU, and making progress in universality.
