摘要
本文开发了无人智能式贴标机,可以将条形码自动贴到硅晶片上并且出现任何错误时可以自动报警。该设备的贴标工艺的机构运动通过步进马达和气缸来实现。控制系统由上位机、下位机、传感器和接近开关完成。最后该机器在半导体公司得到良好的实际应用。
The intelligent labeling machine is developed in the paper that can label barcodes onto silicon wafers continuously without operators and alarm automatically if there is any error during working. Mechanical movements of labelling processes are done by the stepping motors and air cylinders. The controlling system is constructed mainly by host computer, slave computer, sensors and proximity switches. At last this machine is put into use in the semiconductor company.
