摘要
可互换性虚拟仪器(Interchangeable Virtual Instruments,简称IVI)驱动程序以不修改测试程序而实现在不同仪器之间的互换为目的,进而建立真正的独立于硬件的测试系统。本文对IVI的仪器互换机制进行了研究,并在此基础上针对数字示波器提出了一种基于IVI技术的仪器互换性实现模型。同时设计了该模型并实际应用于自动测试系统中。结果表明该体系结构能够实现仪器互换性、开放性和通用性。
IVI(Interchangeable Virtual Instruments) drivers take not to revise the test programme to realize exchange between the different instruments as a goal, then establish test system true independence to hardware.This article has conducted the research to IVI instrument exchange mechanism, and in this foundation in view of the digital oscilloscope proposed one kind of instrument interchangeability realization model based on technology of IVI.Simuhaneously this model has been designed and used in the automated test system.The result indicates this system structure can realize the instrument interchangeability, openness and the versatility.
