摘要
超声检测仪器是中厚钢板超声自动检测系统的核心单元,应用PXI总线技术可以提高超声检测仪器的集成度和运行可靠性,可以给企业带来巨大的经济效益。本文简要介绍了PXI总线技术的体系结构,给出了应用PXI总线技术的多通道超声检测仪器的实现方案,详细阐述了PXI总线技术面向仪器领域的特性在超声检测仪器中的应用。实际应用表明PXI总线技术具有开放性、模块化和高性能的特点,在超声检测仪器中应用该技术可以满足企业需要,该技术在无损检测领域的发展具有重要的现实意义。
Ultrasonic testing instrumentation is thicker steel plate automatic ultrasonic testing system' s core modules, Application of PXI technology increases the ultrasonic testing instrumentation integration and reliability and brings enterprises with huge economic returns. The paper introduces the PXI Technology architecture, presents the program of multi-channel ultrasonic testing instrumentation based on PXI and elaborates the application of PXI extensions for instrumentation in ultrasonic testing instrumentation. It is shown that the PXI technology is open, modular and high-performance in practical applications. Application of the technology in the ultrasonic testing instrumentation meets business needs and has practical significance in the field of NDT (Non-Destructive Testing).
