Research and Realization of Digital Dynatron Characteristic-Parameter Measurement

根据三极管特性参数的定义与特点,提出了实现小功率三极管交直流放大倍数、输入和输出特性曲线的测试方案;详述了系统测试原理,给出了主要测试电路的硬件设计;对于系统软件设计思路作了介绍并给出了主程序流程图,最后给出了系统测试结果。系统不仅可以用LCD显示三极管的输入和输出特性曲线、主要特性参数,还可以从曲线上读出实测数据,具有较强的参考价值与实用价值。

According to dynatron characteristic-parameter definition, proposed the low power dynatron AC and DC enlargement factor, the input and the output characteristic- curve test plan. Has related the system measure principle in detail, given the hardware design of main measure circuit. Introduced in detail the system software design method and has given the flow chart of main program, finally has given the system measure result. Not only the system may display the dynatron input characteristic curve, the output characteristic curve as well as the principal characteristic parameter, but also may read out the data from the curve. The system has the strong reference value and the practical value.
