摘要
文章详细介绍了水浊度的散射光测量原理,给出了以单片机C8051F020为核心的测量系统,包括传感器选择,调理电路设计,数据采集与处理方法,标准溶液的配置,浊度值的标定与非线性补偿,并给出了实验结果。该浊度仪还消除了温度对浊度测量的影响,提高了测量精度,可广泛应用于自来水厂、工业生产、水产品养殖、环保等领域。
The measure principle of water turbidity based on scattering light is introduced in detail. This measure system is based on C8051F020 MCU, and including sensor choice, signal transformation circuit design, data acquisition and processing method, standard liquor disposition, turbidity value calibration and the non-linear compensation. The experimental result is given. The influence of temperature to the turbidimeter is eliminated and measure precision is increased.This turbidimeter can be widely applied in waterworks, industrial production, aquaculture, environmental protection and so on.
