一种简化专家系统的数字补偿器的实现

摘要 热式传感器有很大的滞后环节,在数字质量流量控制器中需要对传感器数据进行补偿。本文提出一种基于简化专家系统的数字流量控制器的补偿器,在分析传感器数据的基础上,根据传感器曲线变化规律,逆向推理得出补偿经验公式,建立了相应的知识库和补偿规则,根据实时采集数据和数据变化关系查找补偿规则进行补偿,并将其与将模拟电路直接数字实现的补偿方式相比较。试验证明,相比与模拟电路数字实现的补偿方法,此种基于补偿规则的补偿器在抑制超调量和减少响应时间方面要好。 The thermal sensor had a large lag phase, so the data got by the sensor of digital mass flow controller should be compensated in advance. This paper introduced a thermal digital mass flow controller's compensator whose structure was founded on a simplified expert system. After analyzing the sensor data, a transformation relation of the sensor was deduced through backward inference and a knowledge base as well as some compensating rules was established. As soon as the real time data was acquired, the system would search for the rules to compensate, Comparing with the method which turned analog circuit into digital calculation directly, the compensator based on expert system is better than that on the aspects of restraining overshoot and reducing the response time .
