摘要
本文提出了基于USB的并行多通道频率测试仪的设计方案。详细描述了利用FPGA完成的频率综合测量法的设计,该方法的应用实现了并行多通道的同时测量,设计中应用了24位计数器,极大的拓展了测频范围。该频率测试仪可完成不同工况如稳态监测更重要的是过渡过程时的多路频率信号的同时测量。最后通过相应时序仿真验证了该设计。
This paper presented a design method of parallel multi-channel fiequency instrument based on USB. Then it is described in detail that the design of Frequency Synthesis Measurement Methods which complete by FPGA, the methods is realize the parallel multi-channel simultaneous measurement, a 24 bit counter use in design, greatly expanded the scope of fiequency measurement. Instrument support parallel multi-channel fiequency signal under different work conditions as steady monitoring prior is transitional process test. Finally, the simulation results verify the effectiveness of the design.
