摘要
本文共观察117例年龄在10～60岁拟在硬膜外麻醉下作中、下腹及下肢手术患者,随机给予低温(57例,4℃)和室温(60例,26.6±0.3℃)局麻药硬膜外腔注射,发现低温组的寒战发生率(21.1%)显著高于室温组(3.3%,P<0.01),说明局麻药温度与寒战有密切关系。
117 patients,aged from 10 to 60,scheduled for lower abdominal and extremities operations under epidusal anesthesia,were randomly given 1.3% lidocaine solutions either low(4℃)or room tempera- tures(26.6±0.3℃).It was shown that the incidence of shivering in low temperature solution group (n=57,21.1%)was significantly higher than that of room temperature solution group(n=60,3. 30% p<0.01).The mechanisms and some preventive measurements of shivering during epidural anes- thesia have been discussed.
