摘要
目的建立小型猪脉涩实验模型,为脉涩造模提供科学方法。方法以小型猪为实验动物,静脉推注心得安、葡聚糖T-500注射液,分别在给药前、后于腋动脉和股动脉处采集脉图,量化脉图参数,得出脉涩的客观化指标。结果造模前后变化明显,脉图属性指标及血液学指标有统计学意义。结论从脉诊"位、数、形、势"属性指标,可以得到脉涩模型。
Objective To establish the trial model of unsmooth pulse in piglets and to provide a scientific method for modeling of unsmooth pulse. Method The intravenous injections of propranolol and dextran T-500 were given to trial piglets. The pulse images were collected from axillary artery and femoral artery, the parameters of pulse images were quantified and objectified indexes of unsmooth pulse were obtained. Result There were obvious changes before and after the modeling. The indexes of pulse images and hematology had statistical significance ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The model of unsmooth pulse can be established based on the attribute indexes of pulse diagnosis.
