摘要 以异丙醇为浸出溶剂,模拟实际生产的罐组式浸出工艺,通过测定粕残油研究棉仁直接浸出的最佳工艺参数,并将最佳工艺条件下制得的棉籽油的基本指标与正己烷制得的棉籽油的基本指标进行比较。通过单因素实验和正交实验得到最优工艺条件为:浸出温度75℃,浸出时间2h,浸出次数4次,料溶比1∶2.5,异丙醇体积分数95%,料坯水分8.0%。在此条件下粕残油0.39%,所制备的棉籽油热氧化稳定性远高于正己烷制备的棉籽油。 Through simulating the process of batch extraction, the optimal conditions of direct extraction of cottonseed kernel with isopropanol were researched. The basic indexes of cottonseed oil extracted by isopropanol were also compared with that extracted by n-hexane. Through the single factors experiment and orthogonal experiment, the optimal conditions were obtained as follows : temperature 75 ℃, time 2 h, ratio of material to solvent 1 : 2.5, extraction times 4, volume fraction of solvent 95% , moisture content of the material 8.0%. The residual oil content of the meal was 0.39% under the optimal conditions. The cottonseed oil extracted with isopropanol was significantly more stable to heat-induced oxidation than that extracted by n-hexane.
