摘要
采用三维CFD软件,以135直喷式柴油机为对象,运用多维燃烧模型,对缸内燃烧过程进行数值模拟。在设定工况下,模拟出在给定的曲轴转角下火力面的辐射热流分布,然后计算并比较了不同工况下的辐射换热量。结果表明Fluent所提供的燃烧模型可以作为预测柴油机缸内燃烧的一种有效手段,并为进一步研究同类型柴油机的燃烧性能提供了依据。
By using the fluent model, the combustion characteristic of a direct injection diesel engine type 135 is simulated. In setting conditions, radiation heat flow distribution of firepower surface under setting crank corner is simulated. Then radiation heat method is a very potential tool transfer quantities of different conditions are calculate and compared. Therefore this for the design and research of direct injection diesel engine.
