摘要
为了在TDI-CCD信号采集系统中获得高质量的图像视频信号,必须对噪声进行适当的处理。针对TDI-CCD输出噪声的特点,提出了相应的噪声处理技术。根据提出的噪声抑制处理技术,设计了以VSP2210为核心处理器件的TDI-CCD相机视频信号处理电路。实验室和室外推扫成像实验结果表明,新提出的噪声处理技术比传统的处理技术更能有效的处理TDI-CCD输出视频信号的噪声,降低视频处理电路引入的噪声,提高TDI-CCD视频图像信号的信噪比,更适合应用于TDI-CCD相机系统的工程实际。
In order to acquire high quality image video signal from CCD signal acquisition system, according to CCD output signal characteristic, corresponding measure is introduced to deal with the noise. VSP2210 as the corn part of apparatus is applied to TDI-CCD video processing circuit. The imaging experiments results in lab and in the outside show that the new processing technology can effectively deal with the noise compared with the traditional processing technology , suppress the noise effects, increase the S/N of the TDI-CCD image video signal. So this new processing technology is fit for the engineering reality of TDI-CCD system
