摘要
介绍一个基于C8051F020应用于大容量啤酒发酵罐群发酵过程的测控的CAN智能节点的设计,及智能节点的硬件结构及软件实现等关键技术。通过实际运行和对实测数据分析表明,该方案提出的智能节点具有组态灵话、结构简单、运行可靠等优点,实现了稳定可靠的数据测量控制,提高了工业现场的控可操作性,满足大容量啤酒发酵罐群啤酒发酵过程的要求。
This paper introduces the key technologies of CAN bus intelligent node hardware and software design based on a C8051F020, for large-capacity beer fermentation tank fermentation process high-precision measurement and monitoring. Through actual operation and the measured data analysis shows that the structure of the intelligent node design is simple, stable and reliable data measurement and control system, it can improve the industrial site monitoring operable capacity to meet the beer fermentation tanks group beer fermentation process requirements.
