摘要
对Ni-P-纳米SiC化学复合镀层的制备工艺和性能进行了实验研究。结果表明:采用超声波加阴离子表面活性剂分散纳米粉体,可提高镀液中纳米颗粒的分散和稳定性;纳米颗粒在镀层中呈弥散状态,降低了镀层的孔隙率,提高了镀层的硬度,从而使复合镀层的耐蚀性及耐磨性得到改善。
The preparation technique and performance of the Ni-P-nano-SiC electroless composite coating were studied.The results revealed that the nano-powder dispersion and stability in the plating solution were improved by using the ultrasonic dispersing and anion surfactant to disperse the nano-powder.The nano-powders were dispersed in the electroless composite coating.It decreased the coating porosity and improved its hardness.Compare with Ni-P alloy electroless coating,the corrosion resistance and the wear resistance of electroless composite coating are improved.
