履行蒙特利尔国际公约的启示——兼论水性木器涂料的发展

Enlightenment from the Montreal Convention—also about the development of water-borne wood coatings

阐述了我国履行蒙特利尔国际公约,禁止四氯化碳溶剂法氯化橡胶生产工艺行动中取得的经验和启示。并对环境友好的水性木器涂料的发展提出建议。

The paper narrates experience and enlightenment from the practice of fulfilling the Montreal Convention and forbidding the use of carbon tetrachloride solvent method in manufacture of chlorinated rubber in China; and gives advices on the development of environment friendly water-borne wood coatings.
