摘要
采用半连续乳液聚合的方法,在以丙烯酸酯类单体为主的二元互穿网络中加入有机硅单体与乳液进行共聚,得到了性能稳定的有机硅丙烯酸酯共聚乳液,并在乳液中加入了无机填料(绢云母)。考察了有机硅单体的用量对合成乳液及其胶膜性能的影响,通过红外光谱分析,证明了有机硅单体和丙烯酸酯单体的共聚。通过透射电镜(TEM)对乳胶粒子的观察,分析了有机硅单体及云母对乳液乳胶粒子形态结构的影响。通过动态粘弹仪(DMA)对材料的动态力学性能进行测试得到,Tanδ>0.3的温度范围为:-65~150℃。
Adding organosilicon monomer into dual interpenetrating network latex mainly based on acrylate monomer to copolymerize by semi-continuous emulsion polymerization method, we have got the stable-property organosilicone acrylate copolymer latex; and then we have added inorganic sericite as filler into the copolymer latex. We have investigated the influence of organosilicone monomer amount on latex preparation and film performance. IR spectrum analysis has proved the copolymerization of organosilicone monomer and acrylate monomer. Transmission electronic microscopy (TEM) observation has studied the effect of organosilicone monomer and mica on the structure of latex particle. DMA has tested the dynamic mechanical properties, showing that the temperature range of Tanδ〉0.3 is -65~150℃.
