摘要 黏蛋白是高度糖基化的大分子,黏液纤毛防御系统是呼吸道抵御病原体和环境毒物的固有免疫防御系统,而分泌型和膜型黏蛋白在这一防御系统中起着重要作用。炎性/免疫性的反应介质和黏液的过度分泌是鼻及呼吸道疾病例如鼻息肉、变应性鼻炎和支气管哮喘的重要特征。特殊的炎性/免疫性的反应介质能促使黏蛋白基因调节和气道重塑,包括杯状细胞增生。文章对黏蛋白在鼻及呼吸道的健康和疾病状态下的作用及机制予以综述。 Mucin is highly glycosylated macromolecule, mucociliary defence system is the innate immune defence system resisting respiratory pathogen and environmental poison, mucin of secretion type and membrane type plays an important role in this defence system. Excessive secretion of inflammatory/immune reactive mediator and mucus is the important characteristics of nasal and respiratory cases, such as rhinopolyp, allergic rhinitis,bronchial asthma. Special inflammatory/immune reactive mediator can promote the mucin gene regulation and air duct remodeling,including proliferation of caliciform. This article reviews mucin about its mechanism of action in nasal and respiratory under healthy and pathological condition.
