摘要
随着对促红细胞生成素(EPO)研究的深入,人们发现它在临床应用上非常重要,文章着重对目前EPO相关的检测方法的发展予以简要综述对其发展趋势作一展望。同时介绍EPO的检测的临床应用,如反映肾性贫血、癌症相关疾病以及神经保护等,对于有争议的问题加以点明。相信相关研究的进一步发展会使EPO有一个更加广阔的前景。
With the further study of EPO, it is found that it is very important in clinical application. This article not only reviews the development of related detection of EPO and its developing trends, but also introduces the clinical application of EPO detection in reflectiong renal anemia, disease related cancer and nervous protection in order to debate pending question with controversy. The further study will bring EPO a wider prospects.
