摘要 缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)是一种具有转录活性的核蛋白,能与靶基因结合并通过转录和转录后调控,产生相应的生物活性,使机体在缺血缺氧时产生适应性反应。近年研究发现,HIF-1α和其靶基因对脑组织缺氧缺血/再灌注损伤具有重要意义。 Hypoxia inducible factor-1α ( HIF-1α ), a nuclear protein with transcription activity, producing biological activity respectively. Can make body produce adaptive response to hypoxia/ischemia by binding to target genes, transcription and posttranscriptional control. The recent studies have found that the expression of HIF-1α and its target genes may contribute to the tolerance in hypoxia/ischemia/reperfusion brain damage.
