听神经瘤手术并发症的预防和处理进展

The Advancement of the Preservation and Management of the Acoustic Nerrilemoma Postoperative Complication

摘要 由于桥小脑角特殊的解剖结构,听神经瘤手术一直是神经外科医师富于挑战性的手术之一,随着基础研究的深入和手术器械的改进,听神经瘤手术并发症已有大幅度下降,完好和较好的保护了面听神经功能,全面提高了手术效果和生存患者的生活质量,提高了肿瘤的根治水平,明显减低了肿瘤复发率。 The operation of the acoustic nerrilemoma is alive with chanllenge for neurosurgeion because of the especial anatomic structure of cerehellopontine angle, with the basic investigation improving and the surgical instruments advancing,the incident rate of complication after Acoustic nerrilemoma operation has decreased greatly, protecting the function of the facial nerve and acoustic nerve better,improying the postoperative effect and the quality of life of the existence patients. Advancing the level of tumorous racical cure, obviously decreasing the relapse rate of the tumor.
