摘要
目的观察益气养阴中药治疗心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将60例心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组30例及对照组30例。对照组常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用中药免煎剂100mL,每日2次,服2周;观察心功能指标。结果治疗组心功能改善明显,总有效率达100%。结论中西医结合治疗心力衰竭疗效明显。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of invigorating Qi and nourishing Yin on treating heart failure. Methods 60 patients with heart failure were randomly divide into two groups, therapy group and control group ,30 patients separately. 100mL decoction-free Chinese traditional medicine was added to the therapy group,twice a day for two weeks. The heart function index was measured. Results The heart function was improved significantly in the therapy group, compared with control group. The total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion Obvious curative effect was found after the treatment of the integrative Chinese and western medicine.
