一个具有棉花纤维细胞特异性的启动子SCFP 被引量:2

摘要 为了获得棉花纤维特异启动子,克隆了棉花纤维细胞中表达基因GhSCFP的5′端上游序列,将其分别与GUS和GFP报告基因融合.在转基因烟草中,仅在种皮的最外层细胞中检测到GUS和GFP活性;在转基因陆地棉中,根、叶片、幼茎、花冠、花药和柱头中均未观察到GUS信号,而在开花当天胚珠表面突起的纤维细胞中有明显的GUS活性,直到开花后36d,纤维上仍可观察到GUS信号.本研究结果显示,SCFP启动子具有明显的棉花纤维表达特异性和植物种皮特异性,而且表达强度高.该启动子在棉花纤维发育相关基因的功能研究和棉花基因工程改良中将有重要的应用价值.
