中山市男性不育症患者心理健康调查

Investigation the mental health state of the male infertile patients

目的探讨男性不育症患者心理健康状况。方法采用90项症状清单(SCL-90)对107例男性不育症患者进行心理健康评价,并与全国常模进行比较。结果①男性不育组在敌对、精神病性和人际关系敏感指标与全国常模男性群体比较,差异存在统计学意义。②不育症组内精液正常男性和存在男性不育因素患者与全国常模比较,存在上述相同的结论,但是不孕症组内差异没有统计学意义。结论男性不孕不育症患者存在一定的心理问题,有必要进行心理干预治疗。

Objective To probe into the mental health state of male infertile patients.Methods One hundred and seven cases of male infertile were evaluated by symptom checklist 90（SCL-90）,and contrasted with the normal of SCL-90 in China.Results To contrast the scores of SCL-90 in normal people,the item scores of SCL-90 of the male infertile patients were significantly higher.Conclusion The male infertile patients have significantly more mental blocks.It is necessary that clinicians give psychological support to male infertile patients.
