摘要目的探讨肺硬化性血管瘤(PSH)的CT特点,提高对本病的认识。方法回顾分析总结6例经手术、病理证实的肺硬化性血管瘤CT表现。结果6例中除1例表现为不规则结节,边缘见分叶及毛刺外,其余5例均表现为肺内边缘光整的类圆形肿块或结节,4例行多期动态增强CT扫描的PSH均中高度较均匀强化,延迟期CT值升至最高,较平扫期CT值升高了(69±7)Hu。6例中2例可见钙化,其余4例密度均匀。所有病例未见空洞、胸膜凹陷征及转移征象。结论螺旋CT在PSH诊断中具有重要价值,特别是螺旋CT动态增强扫描。 Objective To investigate the spiral CT image features of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma （PSH）. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the CT magnifications of PSH 6 cases confirmed by surgical and pathological, which were totally underwent CT scanning （4 cases followed muhiphase enhanced scanning）. Results CT findings showed that 1 case manifested irregular sublobe and sentus sign,while other 5 cases were all around or oval mass with clear margins,4 cases were underwent multiphase enhanced scanning. Homogenous enhancement was evident in the 4 cases and the maximum enhanced at delay phase,the increase of CT value was （69 ±7）Hu. All eases were without cavity, pleual recesses and metastasis. Conclusion CT scanning is helpful for the diagnosis of PSH,especially muhiphase enhanced scanning.
