摘要
目的探讨解冻时间对复溶后冰格保存的生化干粉质控品测定结果的影响。方法将生化干粉质控品复溶后,分装置普通冰箱冰格(-20℃)保存,自第3天起,取出分别置室温(24±2)℃,5、30、60、90、120rain解冻后测定ALT、AST等23个生化项目,计算各项目测定结果的i、S和相对偏差。结果在(24±2)℃,30min解冻条件下,除了TG的测定结果与基准值差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)外,ALT、AST等其余22个生化项目的测定结果与基准值差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05);当解冻时间掌握在5、60、90、120min时,分别有3~7个项目的测定结果与基准值差异有统计学意义(P〈0、05);TG在5个不同解冻时间的测定结果与基准值虽均差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),但其相对偏差均在临床允许误差范围内。结论对复溶后冰格保存的生化干粉质控品,以置室温(24±2)℃,30min解冻为宜。
Objective To discuss the influence of defrosting time on biochemistry dry powder quality control products detected restus. Methods Dry powder quality control products which was stored at - 20 ℃ after resolved was defrosted separately at (24±2)℃ for 5,30,60,90,120 minutes, respectively. Twenty - three kinds of items ( such as ALT, AST, etc. ) of the quality control products were detected. Results There were no significant difference of al1 items except TG when the dry powder quality control products was defrosted at ( 24 ±2)℃ for 30 minutes. And for that at ( 24±2)℃ for 5,60,90,120 minutes, there were 3 - 7 items changed a little bit significantly. The deviation of TG was within error range. Conclusion The dry powder quality control products should be defrosted at (24 ±2)℃for 30 minutes after it is stored at -20℃.
