中西医结合治疗阑尾周围脓肿的临床观察

Clinical observation of periappendiceal abscess treated by combined use of traditional and western medicine

目的观察中西医结合治疗阑尾周围脓肿的临床疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(60例),两组均予常规的对症处理及三联抗生素治疗;治疗组在上述西药治疗的基础上加用内服汤剂及外敷中药。对两组患者治疗后临床疗效的总有效率、有效病例主要症状、体征消退的平均时间、平均住院时间进行比较。结果治疗组总有效率96.7%,明显高于对照组78.3%(P<0.01);治疗组的症状、体征消退时间及住院时间明显短于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗阑尾周围脓肿能明显提高疗效,缩短住院时间,减轻患者痛苦,减少并发症,降低复发率,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of periappendiceal abscess treated by integrated traditional and western medicine. Methods 120 cases were divided into treatment group（60 cases） and control group （60 cases） randomly. The control group received routine symptomatic treatment and triple antibiotic therapy, the treatment group received the above routine therapy added to oral decoction and external application of Chinese medicine. Compare the two groups with total clinical effective rate of post - treatment, cardinal symptom of effective cases, average time of signs regression, average stay. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group（96.7% ） was obviously higher than the control group（78.3% ） （ P 〈0.01 ）. The regression time of symptom and signs and the average stay of the treatment group were obviously shorter than that of the control group. Conclusison The combined use of traditional Chinese and western medicine to treat periappendieeal abscess can obviously enhance the curative effect, shorten the length of stay, lighten the patients＇suffering, decrease the complication, lower the recurrence rate,and deserve to be widely used clinically.
