摘要
本文研究了一种新型的基于机器视觉的直读式抄表终端,并以其为基础构建了水资源信息管理系统。详细阐述了系统的结构、总体特点、硬件的基本结构和各功能模块的具体实现。实验结果表明,该系统能有效地识别水表的计量读数。
One kind of novel water meter direct reading terminal based on machine vision is studied in this paper.Water meter direct reading system including system structure, total characteristics, hardware configuration and realization of each function module is discussed in detail. The experimental result demonstrates that the designed system can recognize watermeter measurement reading effectively.
