基于嵌入式汇编的焊接动态过程微机测控

摘要 分析了CO2气体保护焊动态过程的微机测控研究与实现。系统采用32位嵌入式汇编技术优化测试系统中运行次数多,速度要求高的关键程序段比如端口操作、频谱分析等,高速、实时、高精度测量焊接过程,通过数据显示与数据处理功能,将各种情况下焊接动态过程的信号在时域和频域上的特征表现出来,可以有效满足测试系统的功能和性能需求,为焊接过程研究提供了有效工具,最后进行实例测试,效果良好。 The realization of microcomputer test and analysis system for CO2 arc welding dynamic process based on built-in assembler was deeply analyzed . The system based on buih-in assembler program which can optimize the key object code such as portread , frequency spectrum analysis and so on makes user test the welding process high-speedly ,real-timely and accurately. With the function of data displaying and data processing ,the system represented the characteristic of the signal of welding dynamic processing both in time domain and frequency domain. It satisfied the function and performance requirement and provided an efficient tool for researching the welding process, The test result of the system was well.
