本文设计了一种基于无线网络的媒体广播服务系统,介绍了系统的硬件结构,设计了系统服务器和客户端的软件流程详细介绍了应用IPP库对解码器进行优化,并给出了测试结果。

This paper proposes a design scheme for a media broadcast system based on Wireless Network and presents the system＇s hardware design.The paper designs the software of the server and the client. The paper also gives the detail of designing Decoder based on IPP Lib and gives the test result.
