Design on Electronic Label Automatic Material Supply System Base on JIT

生产方式在大型制造业正在快速发生变化,多数向即时化生产方式转变。为了适应即时化生产的需要,体现JIT作业规范,开发了电子标签数字分拣系统。依据SAP资源管理系统和产品BOM数据关系,本文重点介绍了电子标签自动补货系统,提出了物料补货模型,分析了电子标签补货系统的结构、分拣原理、特点和用法,开发了电子标签、无线扫描和SAP系统之间的接口,描述了三个系统之间的数据交换,实现了车间物料配送。应用情况表明本系统提高了生产效率。

Mode of production has changed rapidly in manufacturing enterprise, and many tend to JIT mode. To adapt old mode of production to JIT, the electronic label digital picking system was proposed. According to SAP system and product BOM, this paper focused on electronic label automatic material supply system, presented the model of material supply, analyzed the structure, the principles of picking, the features and the application of the system, developed the interface among SAP system, wireless scanning system and electronic label system, and described the data flow of exchange in three system. The task of material delivery with complete set of product was achieved. The application results demonstrate its efficiency.
