摘要 为降低消失模铸造涂料的成本,研制了铸铁件水基消失模涂料。采用石英粉和石墨为耐火料,以硅溶胶和聚乙烯醇(简称PVA)为复合粘结剂,以钠基膨润土和羧甲基纤维素(简称CMC)为复合悬浮剂,通过实验确定了涂料的最佳配方,并考察了涂料的多种性能,进行了生产应用。结果表明:该涂料性能优良,成本低廉,具有一定的推广价值。 In order to reduce the cost of coating for LFC (last foam casting), a waterbased coating for LFC of cast iron was developed. By using quartz powder and graphite as refractory material, silicasol and PVA as complex bonding agent and bentonite and CMC as complex deflocculant, the ingredient of the water-based coating was obtained. The coating was produced and applied and the performances of coating were studied. The results show that this coating is suitable and cheap. Therefore it can be widely used in LFC casting.
