摘要
通过对宏观断口、微观断口和金相组织的比较分析,研究了残留铸态组织对铸钢性能的影响。结果表明,正火不充分而残留铸态组织的铸钢试样,抗拉强度、伸长率均能达标,断面收缩率稍低,但冲击功却比正常组织试样低很多。
By means of comparison and analysis on macrofracture, microfracture, microstructure, the effect of remaining casting microstructure on properties of cast steel was studied. The results show that for the samples with remaining casting microstructure after normalizing, its tensile strength and elongation can be up to standard, and its fracture contraction rate reduces a little, but its impact work becomes lower than the samples with normal microstructure.
