摘要 环件径向轧制的非稳态因素导致环件位置、塑性铰位置、尺寸大小动态变化。运用Abaqus软件,对环件径向轧制过程塑性铰研究表明:塑性铰的动态变化受到压下量的影响。无导向辊径向轧制时,在开始阶段没有塑性铰,随着芯辊的不断进给而出现塑性铰,而且塑性铰位于与轧制区域相对的环件直径的另一端,且偏向轧制出口区域一侧。 Non-stability factors affect stability of radial ring rolling process, and lead to position fluctuating of ring, ring rolling plastic gemel and size of it. Based on the software of ABAQUS, the plastic gemel of ring rolling process is analyzed. It is showed that the draft offing rolling has a significant effect on the plastic gemel. There is not plastic gemel at the beginning stage of the guide-roll-less radial rolling process. With the feeding of idle roll toward the drive roll, the plastic gemel will appear. Its position deflects from the other side of diameter of ring, opposite with the rolling area, to rolling output side.
