摘要
对圆柱直齿轮超塑挤压进行了三维刚粘塑性有限元过程仿真研究,揭示了圆柱直齿轮超塑挤压过程中金属的流动规律和变形特点,并进行物理模拟实验研究,过程仿真结果与实验结果吻合较好。
The super-plastic extrusion process for spur-gear was simulated by 3-D rigid-viscoplastic FEM. By process simulation and physical simulated experiment, the metal flow behaviors and deformation characteristics of the super-plastic extrusion of spur gear were obtained. The physical simulated experiment shows that the process simulation results are in good agreement with the experiment results.
